time again for one of the hardests part of this game: decide the loadouts of my colonists
it must make them look cool while being good at protecting them but it also need to be convenient so I don't have to micro manage 10 fighters equiping and unequiping multiple armor parts every raid
on top of the loadout changes based on the pawn social position so a commoner can't have the same loadout as a knight who won't have the same loadout as a squire who will use different gear than a militia
