Yes, if and only if your attraction is exclusively to the feminine X-chromosomal features and not to the (usually dominant) masculine Y-chromosomal features. Effeminacy exists precisely because males have a feminine side in their very genetics that isn't meant to be leaned into (females do not have a masculine side), and one of the underlying metapolitical struggles is whether we should accept effeminacy (troon path) or combat it (chud path).
