Are there any sure fire way to get myself to not be affected by my emotions (the good and the bad ones)? The dudes here that are emotionally calloused and mean seem way more sure of themselves and better off mentally than never could be. I think the problem is that I care about being good enough for other people too much female friends even says she has this problem too. I'm too milquetoast and boring. How do I mood myself over time into becoming like people here that "have their shit together" and aren't sad about anything?
