okay I spent way too fucking long jerking off in my hideout buying, crafting, selling, and recombinating scepters before I actually ended up with pic related which I'll just use until the end of the league. if I wanted to spend 100 more divines I could get 60 spirit instead of 50 but fuck that, 95% of the scepters being sold are crafted using the same shitty trick where you homogenize +level onto one with minion life and regen as suffixes, but both are useless compared to T1 mana regen and T1 resists which both save you like 10 passive points which is basically an entire socket link of damage
