So yesterday I relapsed twice on day 18 and I relapsed again this morning. Im not going to worry too much about it I'll just get up and back again.
Day 18 was the farthest I had ever gotten on SR (my previous streak before this was 12 days) and I feel like the main reason I relapsed is because I was too overwhelmed by my emotions, I had a very high and sensitive sexual drive from not fapping and between days 14-18 or so I had started to feel completely restless and terrible every day, which I think those combined led me to relapsing.
I used to meditate somewhat frequently and it would make me calmer overall and my emotions and stuff would be much easier to manage. I've read other people in these threads say that for people like me who are new to SR especially (or just anyone in general) that its vital for them to do stuff like meditation, yoga, and other practices like it to integrate sexual energy and get used to it and not be overpowered by it (like I was on my 18 day streak) and I was wondering if it was true and if doing meditation has any other benefits or effects when paired with SR or if meditation does anything for SR.
I'm planning to consistently meditate anyways because its one of the only things that make me calm but I was wondering if meditation had any other benefits with SR or anything
