I never used a direct OpenAI API key, just OpenRouter or other proxies. I made one and tested, it seems that when using their completion URL directly, there is a difference.
TOP_K isn't supported at all.
Made some changes and it should work now, sorry for that, just put your key in, the rest is already configured.
