Depending on who enslaved her, she would be shown in a different type of captivity, wearing some additional restraints on her.
Like for example ending up as one the princess's playthings ( shown shackled to Celestia's bed, or inside a a hanging round golden cage in her bedroom), or as a caged pet in fluttershy's basement, or as a restrained steed at the Apple family's barn( with Applebloom's cutie mark on her saddle ).

Speaking of that last one, maybe there could be a good ponyplay outfit concept for the rubber zebra, specially one that uses tongue piercings.
