Hey fit. Started lifting in January of this year. Got more serious about it over the last month and have dialed in my diet the last 2. My goal is to lose weight and get bigger muscles while maintaining athleticism and aesthetic.

I'm down to 190lbs from 250lbs early 2024. Trying to get to 170lbs then doing a lean bulk. 5"9, Male.

First pic (the one on the OP) is Nov 2014, 2nd is 1 month ago, 3rd is today.

Anyone notice any differences, have tips, or encouragement would be appreciated.

Goal is to recomp down to 175 then eat at slightly above maintenance while eating 150g protein.
