The good news is Blade has a trenchcoat/cape built into his default so he will get a Snipes Blade costume no problem. People were made Punisher's Daredevil skin didn't have a trenchcoat but the default Punisher doesn't have one so it's a little unlikely for them to change his outline so much with a coat.

They were ignoring he doesn't have a trenchcoat in Born Again anyway.
