Oh if one can pull it off, yeah plush/sculpture armor would probably sell great. But it takes a LOT of work and practice, and arguably gets harder the smaller-scale you work. Of course it all depends on the gauge of steel you use, or if you even use steel at all, blah blah blah. Dude needs a lot more practice before he's going to be successfully selling armor at a price that feels like a halfway decent return on investment, that's all I'm saying. Better to start on simpler stuff and work your way up to something like that over a few years, especially if you want to stay motivated. Speaking from personal experience anyway; I'm sure some guys out there can just staple their balls to the workbench and practice to perfection from the start without burning out.
