see >>41642918; doing technical exercises like swallow-and-hold or big dog, small dog are useful, but i am convinced all you need is a post-hardcore album to sing along to and a will to try (post-hardcore album not actually necessary it's just what i like lol). desu this probably takes a much longer time than specific, targeted practice, but just by playing around and keeping your vocal cords supple and manipulable with consistent use and healthy technique (you can hurt your voice by singing, too!) you can teach yourself everything you need to know and probably more. i am sort of a weird case but singing has taught me so much about my voice.
also, you definitely do not need to speak at such a high pitch; resonance is much more important overall. picrel represents the lower end of my comfortable register, which passes just fine :) generally i speak someplace between this and like 200ish Hz. so maybe aim for something like that.
