I've seen maybe 7 or 8 successful surrenders to drones so far, all Ru surrendering to Ukr. Two of them made multiple trips to drop water when the wounded man would collapse. There was one successful one where the russian suddenly changed his mind and committed suicide, and one (Christmas 2023 I think) where the russian prayed hands together and they left him alone. Unfortunately there's been like 4 instances where someone tries to surrender and the russians shell their own guy, much of the front lines are wooded shelterbelts with miles of empty farmland in between, so your own guys will see you if you try to surrender.
