will dlc actually bring up the whole sharing and understanding memories through sucking each others blood thing that was established in KG?

I honestly wonder how a serious "vampire" route would go. What would need to happen to even think about blood sucking. and how a story would go without it just making it a shipping bait/comedy route? Or fetishy in the case of Nozomi/Eva

Maybe another character learns about Hiruko and Takumi's loops, thinks it's bullshit, and the blood sucking stuff happens for them to believe it. Or maybe another character feels like nobody understands them/their pain and it goes from there
