Let's work through it. The end goal is a society where every man has at least two women that are his, often many more. This involves cranking out a lot of women! Build giant complexes that serve as orphanages-slash-boarding schools. Boys and men are kept away and treated like mythical gods until they're ripe, at which point they've been "taught" ONLY what they need to know. Academics peak around modern elementary school, just enough so they can maybe handle shopping for groceries. Spend the time you've freed up on lots of home ec skills, physical (sex) education, and enough cult indoctrination to choke a Scientologist. Key is: you grow them stunted and devout to dick.

By "high school" they're all set get to work around the house and in the bedroom. They'll be comfortable fooling around with one another, but THEN you introduce them boys in their age range and they learn exactly why men are masters. Some get a fairy tale ending and marry away early, some get snapped up as sluts to staff private companies or government organizations, some get a little extra training at "colleges" to refine their fetish-bait appeal.
