It's actually World Eaters and then the whole of CSM with Iron Warriors, Black Legion and Night Lords at the top, then we have Thousand Sons and finally Emperor's Children but in EC's case many people are still playing them as CSM since their codex is so shit and barren. Also pretty much wvery CSM list has 2 units of Noise Marines.
