Seraph locks you out of using Dissipation entirely, it's not meant to be an overkill for healing because you're losing the fairy still on pressing Dissipation, I just don't think it makes sense to be locked into having Seraph summoned and being unable to press Dissipation but I *can* cancel Seraphism early with Dissipation
Oracle is just a bad feel button along with Misery and big damage nukes on healers should not exist at all

Misery was a gain even prior to the buffs to make it potency neutral and WHM has more in their kit to deal with mitigations than people give it credit for but 99% of WHM players are retarded and don't realize you can use both benisons + aquaveil on the healers/caster which are the players that don't have the vit to survive raidwides like everyone else in the first place.
