I had to disband my static in Abyssos, because we couldn't find a healer for over a solid month and a half. The ones that we did "trialed" were either so ass in performance or so egotistical that they left if we asked them to chill on their doomer remarks. The tier was a bit rougher and I liked the challenge it provided. I only mental boomed, because trying to recruit people for 1.5 months (along with my officers), calling off multiple nights (because we couldn't fill our co-healer spot), and getting absolutely nowhere in P8S progression. All because the parsing healers (and tanks) cried foul, raged quit, and left a massive hole in the support roles.
