FKMT is one of the best mangaka around, and he has so much good shit out there. You should definitely read Kaiji or watch the anime to get a taste. And if you enjoyed Kaiji, you open yourself up to a treasure trove of high quality manga and spin-offs, not just about gambling (Kaiji, Akagi, Zero) but human drama (Kurosawa, Nikaidou) as well.
