I have completely forgotten how shoujo as fuck FC + SC are. A brooding prettyboy with a violent past + a clumsy tomboyish ditz only discovering her own femininity is such a late 90s/early 00s shoujo pairing it's just insane, i can bet the authors watched something like Princess Tutu before making it.
