Devkit/qc files for Drake as of 2011. Drake is by Patrick Martin (PM) but I don't know where he is and this file is available on the internet so this should all be a-okay.

That seems much, much cleaner than what I was doing. What I was doing, and it was early in the morning so forgive me, what I was going to do was make it so Drake would take the values set for "Family" you set in your choice of map editor. However, just removing infighting and indamage is definitely cleaner. Double however, I think I'm going to try and Frankenstein some key values such that a prospective mapper can toggle infighting, "indamage" if you will, etc. Blanket disabling infighting and indamage doesn't take into account the end-user.

Spent most of the day working on pic related, and thank fucking christ chatgpt exists or I would have lost my mind. I'm actually almost done, but I want to add some monsters into Drake that I feel should be there: vorelings, eddies from Quoth, mon_snakeman from Keep (which was originally slated to be in Drake but was scrapped by PM), and maybe some others. Adding the monsters will be difficult because I'll want to retain Drake's unique headshot mechanic where enemy heads explode when dealt enough damage.

I also want to work on a monster randomizer ala Arcane Dimensions so I can play any id1 map with Drake enemies, weapons, and items. Thank fuck for chatgpt.
