I understand this but going to war with Tuskur (again) could've very easily devolved into some awful forced drama so it didn't bother me much that it was resolved early, the scene where it is resolved is one of the best scenes in the story anyways.
Kuon's great, she's a bit of a nag early on in MoD but she has top tier chemistry and is Haku's biggest supporter in Truth. I really respected that she doesn't spill the beans or tries to pester him on his true identity because she knows what's at stake
