Your entire argument boils down to this master plan where you get to shove Cream in a narrative locker so you can finally make your SonAmy fanfiction real. It's so transparent it's painful.
You're trying to jam this square peg of "cute adventurous girl" into the round hole that is Amy Rose, a character who has never been that. You're so desperate to make your ship work that you have to flanderize Amy into this embodiment of sweetness, completely ignoring that she's just Girl Tails.
Amy has fears. Amy doubts herself. Her entire arc in the Adventure games is learning to be brave and stand on her own two feet, inspired by Sonic. Just like Tails. She's defined by her connection to Sonic, not by some innate adventurous spirit. That's Cream's entire deal. Cream is the one who actually loves adventure for its own sake, not just as a way to chase hedgehog cock.
You sit here and claim Cream "dilutes" Amy's character. What character? The one you're actively trying to steal from Cream and staple onto Amy? You want to give Amy Cream's personality because Amy has nothing outside of her Sonic obsession in your eyes, you flat out admit that her entire premise is her love for Sonic and nothing else. You're not trying to "balance the cast," you're trying to gut a perfectly good character so you can wear her personality like a skin suit for your precious pink waifu.
