Salaries are an effect of companies competing heavily for similar labor which more companies in an area looking for similar skills drives salaries up. Notice how a codenigger will get paid 300k (even at non-faang) in SF and a fucking data analyst will get paid 185k. HR trannies frequently take home $150k
