Anyone else pretty fit but hopelessly addicted to junk food? I maintain low bf and decent muscle mass year round just fine but basically have to do it by alternate day fasting so I can indulge in junk 3-4 times a week. I keep my protein high on eating days but otherwise crush burgers, pizza, fried chicken, ice cream, chocolate, you name it. I've tried to "eat clean" and I know how to cook good meals, I was a cook for years at restaurants, but I still love my junk food, particularly childish shit like doritos or candy

If I had to guess, at least 50% of my calories are from shit like fast food and take out. I stay fit, I do cardio, I keep protein high, but is the junk food gonna give me cancer here soon? Or is 50% just fine as long as I stay fit?
