art is just assimilating the other person's frame and handing it back to them with a gain of function that they can notice after lifting.
It's a rats nest of 97th century nanotechnology in the brain, but really, it's just data plumbing, artificial general intelligence working up to a minimum requirement, and then adding the spin on the model, and finally handing it back in a way the other person can benefit from.
The mind-blow happens and the person says: "I think I finally get it".
