Diet: 3000-3500kcal, 250g protein
All whole food, mostly eggs, chicken and ground beef for protein, rice, potatoes etc for carbs
Training: a weird split I made up that results in hitting everything once every 5 days, usually 3x10-12 on main lifts
Supplements; fish oil, zinc, magnesium, boron, vit d3/k2, some cbd l-theanine and melatonin for sleep because my sleep is shitty despite my best efforts
Prob gonna do a cycle next year, and probably cruise in between, considering just test and hgh for now

Gonna get on GH next month, going to taper up to 4iU and stay there for 6 months or so on this bulk, split am/pm
Keeping an eye on blood glucose and a1c,
Then after my cut I’m gonna hop on
500mg test c (split eod dosing)
4iU hgh split am/pm
16-20 weeks
No hcg unless I decide halfway through that I’m gonna come off and pct, otherwise my pct will be 100mg test a week and adjust from there

Age 39, 6’4, 195lbs
2 months into a bulk, up 10lbs so far from 185 to 195, still got some abs so I’m guessing it’s mostly glycogen and water so far… plan is to bulk for another 4 months and hit around 205-210 before a summer cut
3500kcal at the moment
