All whole food, mostly eggs, chicken and ground beef for protein, rice, potatoes etc for carbs

Training: a weird split I made up that results in hitting everything once every 5 days, usually 3x10-12 on main lifts

Supplements; fish oil, zinc, magnesium, boron, vit d3/k2, some cbd l-theanine and melatonin for sleep because my sleep is shitty despite my best efforts

Prob gonna do a cycle next year, and probably cruise in between, considering just test and hgh for now
