A few months ago I went to Hawaii and bought a bunch of genuine kona and molokai coffee from their Costco. I am not much of a coffee drinker but my catgirl friend is. I put them in ziploc bags and put them in the basement where it's always 65-70 degrees but some have that little hole that lets gasses out. Should I not keep them in ziploc bags?

Also, did I do good getting good coffee cheap because I heard certain types are really inflating in price. Quick rundown on what please?
