The best thing to do is to advertise primarily to young couples since that will keep the group more "normal," and dudes are always looking for fun social stuff to do with their girls that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Call it the Aktive Kouples Klub, and say it's a fitness group that does other activities that primarily young right-wing white people like to do such as going to the shooting range, but otherwise keep everything on the straight and narrow. If lefties or non-whites or even white dudes with non-white girlfriends try to join, don't freak out and go out of your way to exclude them, but also don't invite them into the inner circle of based individuals, so to speak. This will keep your group off the radar. Basically don't keep it any more exclusive than a regular club, and long-term members will generally self-select based on the vibes of the group as a whole.
