If you need to make the first move, it's already over. Women are sexually aggressive with men they find attractive, just ask a good looking guy and he'll tell you so.
Approaching women is also dangerous unless you're chad. There's a very significant chance that the woman will decide to report you and try to ruin your life. Much of their gender unironically believes that being approached by someone they don't find attractive (i.e. someone who isn't chad) is a form of sexual abuse. This mindset is especially common among the younger generation.
