Your build seems very good. The only way I see eagle+tuto mattering for you is if you are interested in 0 cycling autism.
The other difference is that your ult rotations will be a bit scuffed but it's fine.

That speed is kinda overdoing it as it doesn't hit any breakpoint, but if you can get your ult ready in 3 turns without running into SP issues, it's fine.
