why did they replace the currency in the game with rosaries that only like 1 out of 20 enemies give yet they still gate every fucking thing in the entire game behind it?

And the shards are damn near useless, I've been sitting at 400/400 for the last hour.

Someone please tell me it gets better, about to uninstall. The more I play, the more I hate it.
