Men technically have breast tissue and milk ducts, but it's mostly vestigial, since testosterone and a lack of estrogen causes them never to develop into full on milk glands, so men simply will not product true milk.
In some rare cases such as hormone therapy or a specific tumor that effects hormones, men will produce something that is "almost milk," kinda resembling milk early in a pregnancy, but it won't have anywhere near the nutritional value as proper woman's milk, and it'll be produced in much small quantities.
