The earth is not spinning on any axis! It is stationary relative to it’s own center of mass. You have been lied to. I am sorry if that is difficult for you to believe.

If the earth was spinning the way they claim it would have to drag along with it the entire atmosphere which has a mass exceeding 5 quadrillion tons. There is no possible mechanism for a purely attractive force that operates with a weakening field strength gradient to achieve this and transfer this magnitude of kinetic energy to gaseous body. Even if this somehow could happen by the operation of some yet-to-be-discovered force there would be friction. There would be friction between the atmosphere and the surface terrain of a rotating earth. This friction would produce immense heat and the kinetic energy of the rotating earth would be slowly be converted to thermal energy and the earth would slow down and eventually stop any rotating motion.
