this worked, restarted the whole pc, pc apparently had updates it wasnt showing a notification for, after restart and updates to the pc, then bnet updated. thanks for the fix, never ran into that before, and there was no indication in the game or launcher as to what was causing it.

here's the 19th character. warbands made counting them out a little tricky, my other realms are mixed in and they arent in order lol
