Stare. If you're on public transportation or sitting on a bench somewhere. Just stare. When someone notices you doing it first they look away. Then they check to see if you're still doing it. They look away again. Then they look back. At this point one of three things happens. They turn all the way around and imagine you're not there in disgust. Or they leave. They get up and just walk out of sight. Or, the last option and most fun, they become angry. They start yelling at you from afar or get up and walk over in a huff then yell in your face. The whole time you simple remain stoic, staring at them. It terrorizes them like nothing else. They end up looking like the crazy one. Best part is they can't do anything about it. If they swing on you its easy money. If the cops show up nothing they say will change anything, its not illegal to point your eyes in someones direction. Whatever the result just by looking at them you've made them uncomfortable and it just keeps building until they are forced to act
