Seems like to me it's an ameriburger meme. People will post the picture of asian women not aging past 18 until they hit 60+ and then instantly become grannies but I've seen plenty of 40+ white women that could pass if they said they were 25. It's a HE mode RR with more ammo and a forced chargeup before each shot. It's not meant for anti tank as its direct hit doesn't even 100% durable damage. You use it to clear packs of mediums at chokes, shoot into patrols or at fleshmobs, that's it.
