Another snunny enjoyer here, god I was fucking livid when this card came out, this may be the most restrictions ever put on a card
>must not control non-repltiles
>must control at least 1 reptile
>opp must control a monster
>that monster must be targetable and not already have 0 atk
>"and if you do" so opp can dodge targeting and then your summon fizzles
>you also take the damage
>only ss itself from hand
>can't use both effs in the same turn
Like jesus christ why even bother making the card at that point
