I'm playing this right now and honestly it's not THAT bad. The dialogue isn't great and the voice acting is mediocre but the premise and overall plot is pretty solid, parkouring around the city is good, and while the combat is shallow what's there is fun. If they had dropped "Bloodlines" from the title and fleshed out the game with a bit more content; more abilities, the missing clans, more variety of enemies, a real UI/inventory for all the notes you pick up and shit; I think it could've been more than good. Really, it's biggest issue aside from the dialogue is selling itself as a Bloodlines sequel when it's just a totally different VTM game.

depending on the clan there are some really easy ways to cheese it
for example a Brujah and Toreador can clear the museum mission in like a minute by abusing celerity, and Malkavians/Nosferatu can abuse stealth so hard with higher level obfuscate it makes some missions trivial
