This is once again, a much more gimped feature others do vastly better. HalkenCHAD's power can be played off given the right wording and anyone who isn't loyal no memory of the attack (if they can even see it to begin with) and has no proof something happened after 10 minutes. While I think his wording was a bit sinister in pic related, he can make up a cause and people will roll with it. And he can just confide in those marked about what really happened and as we've seen, they joined his plans right there and then.

Whore Horse was birthed from a guy who is a serial killer that operates in isolation. Right now we've got a very intimate exchange between it and Theta which is his wheelhouse. What happens when Tserriednich is in a room full of people trying to negotiate things and one by one different people start to get scratches? What happens when people start to associate "being around Tserriednich" with a kind of plague as others start to develop those rashes on their body? Everyone will remember it happening and he doesn't have that convenient an excuse to fall back on as "Mass Syncope".

And there's the problem that someone that gets 3 strikes is probably never be allowed out in public again if they become a misshapen creature.
