Pretty much.
Just feels like a hamfisted overcorrextion to Asmon's reddit spamming this image everywhere. They seem to want players to feel like this is a horde w expansion but since their hands are tied by the girlboss mandate they have to settle for weird segregation and awkwardly spraying the horde logo everywhere.
