Bro, here's the Homeworld clip that I was talking about in the last thread. The main speech starts at the 7 minute mark, but things build up to that point over the course of the mission.

Some backstory: The alien forces in this clip, the Bentusi, are one of the oldest and most advanced species in the galaxy. Normally they take a stance of neutrality in galaxy politics and act as peaceful traders. But, when forced to defend themselves, they do have some of the most advanced weapons in the galaxy. The main plot of the game focuses around the "Beast" virus. An extremely virulent plague that can rapidly kill the crew of a ship, dissolve the crew into biomass, and then convert that biomass into bio-circuitry that interfaces with the ships systems and takes control of the ship. Depending on the size of the ship and the method of infection, they can take control of ships in the span of seconds to minutes. The infected ships operate as part of a hivemind that works as a collective to spread itself via means like missiles with viral warheads. This virus has been spreading like wildfire across the galaxy after your people inadvertently set it free. In this mission, your people theorize that the original infected ship is acting like a central mind for the beast and that destroying it may figuratively cutoff the beast's head and give the galaxy a fighting chance to fight back. You've sought out the Bentusi to ask for assistance with building a weapon to accomplish this task, but instead you find them preparing to flee the galaxy entirely rather than risk corruption in a conflict against the Beast.
