And I'm pretty sure that final Cero would've affected her too, since she was so close to him. I honestly have no clue how can you reconcile this shit with the supposed fact all he was doing in that form was protecting her. At least I can accept he definitely would not harm her directly, but he's reckless as hell while "protecting" her.
