The anni has a much better floor. If you take the 92 roll average across 4 banners, you randomly get half of the ones you wanted and enough clovers for 2 tickets. With bad luck you get none of them.
Put those same rolls on the anni, and you get the two non-dupes you want the most 100%. Plus whatever uma happen to fall your way in the meantime
