Canceling apu was probably the biggest mistake they made. Before that, they were just seen as shop keepers and gas station operators with funny accents who sometimes (often) smell bad. Nobody knew about the raping, street shitting, small business association loan scamming, Horrible food safety standards etc.
Now the whole world knows and hates them for very good reasons. It’s going to take at least 2 to 3 generations to redeem themselves if they even can (doubtful).
