this was the first edit i did that even the slowest compression in "pingo" (image optimizing program) couldn't shrink down to 4chan filesize limits, so i had to use lossy commands for. i didn't even know .pngs could be lossy until now. the command i used was the following:
>pingo -quality=75 -s4 "Yukari and Ran (Touhou).png"
