It's a combo, but nobody cares about combos that take multiple cards to set up and aren't infinite/repeatable. Like if you elfball into torment of hailfire it's really on the rest of the table for letting you keep a dozen mana dorks around.
But zaxara + freed from the real into hailfire will make some people salty.
