One of my neighbors when I lived in SoFl, when PR had that storm that took 2yrs to repair. She said all the USA aid was sitting at airports, like tons of pallets of bottled water, and others with food That spics were looting it all & the govt wasn't bothering to setup handing it out. She said money from contracts was stolen by fake companies that fled once they got the money (relatives and friends of the politicans). That warehouses with food/air were getting looted.

Dems were atracking trump about it, when in reality USA sent more than enough & sent tons of money too. But corruption and theft & laziness/incompetence caused bone of it to actually reach the ppl. PR is a shithole. It's why they live moving to USA (to continue their crime or escape it)
