What is going to happen to you if you aren't as connected as them? Worst case scenerio, you have to change jobs and find somewhere that does not demand you be available 24/7.

Other than that, there is literally no penalty whatsoever. Women would actually find it hot if you were firm about only being online at certain times.

There is zero reason you can't do this other than lack of discipline
