The Spire is a mega structure that predates the collapse, built by the progenitors that continues to provide support to the future kin that were roused from their slumber under ground in isolated communes to repopulate the freshly terraformed earth. This Valley expansion called Spire in Bloom will feature its own campaign guide that will unfurl to the readers as an offshoot to any regular campaign, especially when your rangers are ready to dig-in to a given area and halt tier charting of the expansive wilds.
