That's because the heisou are the most recent shilled IDs and the strongest because of powercreep.
they (and by extension kong lu) will feel really outdated once canto 9 rolls around and they start being the victims of powercreep instead of the ones benefitting from it.
especially once ryoshu's bad end ID comes out
